Our Business
The company’s current assets include natural gas and oil reserves in the Black Warrior Basin in Alabama, the Cherokee Basin in Oklahoma and Kansas, and the Woodford Shale in the Arkoma Basin in Oklahoma.
These reserves provide long-lived production, low-risk, low-cost drilling opportunities and a high percentage of proved developed reserves.
Our asset base contains over 3,000 low-risk, low-cost drilling opportunities which should allow us to offset portfolio decline rates, maintain production levels and deliver organic growth.
In addition, our asset base contains ample undeveloped acreage which may provide us with the opportunity to partner with experienced operators to accelerate development of our coalbed methane, conventional oil and gas and shale resources.
