Constellation Energy Partners (NYSE Arca: CEP) is a growth-oriented oil and gas limited liability company focused on the acquisition, development and production of long-lived oil and natural gas assets.
The company was formed by Constellation Energy Group, Inc. (Constellation Energy and NYSE: CEG) during 2005 and successfully completed its IPO in November 2006.
The company’s current assets include natural gas and oil reserves in the Black Warrior Basin in Alabama, the Cherokee Basin in Oklahoma and Kansas, and the Woodford Shale in the Arkoma Basin in Oklahoma. These reserves provide long-lived production, low-risk, low-cost drilling opportunities and a high percentage of proved developed reserves.

We continue to pursue opportunistic acquisition driven growth to expand our presence in current locations and diversify our portfolio into new geographic locations and resources types.
